Julia Lee Barclay-Morton, PhD is an award-winning writer/director, whose writing has been produced and published internationally. THE MORTALITY SHOT, a hybrid collection of Julia's essays, stories and stage text (with foreword by Adam McGovern) is forthcoming in Fall 2022 from Liquid Cat Books. Recent publications in Prairie Schooner, [PANK], Heavy Feather Review, and, as winner of Nomadic Press Bindle Contest, chapbook of White Shoe Lady. She founded Apocryphal Theatre when in London (2003-11). Two decades of her experimental stage texts will be broadcast in September as part of a 22-hour recording commissioned by Radio Art Zone, created with composer Viv Corringham. Back in NYC, Julia is currently writing a hybrid memoir about being diagnosed on the autism spectrum at 57; she also coaches writers and teaches yoga. More at TheUnadaptedOnes.
