Clio Meurer is an artist and semiotician living in Brazil. She holds a M.A. and a Ph.D. in History and Semiology of Text and Image from the University of Paris, where she studied Genetic Criticism and the works of René Magritte and Joan Miró. Specialised in visual semiotics applied to design, Clio seeks to understand the creative mind as an insider, and to know the internal life of everyday objects.
