Bob Laine is a poet, playwright, and Innovative Theater Award winning actor.
He was a long-term member of Inverse Theater Company where he performed in over 20 of Kirk Wood Bromley’s original verse plays. More recently he was featured in Matthew Gasda’s hit underground plays Dimes Square and Minotaur. He can also be seen monthly in Roger Nasser’s soap opera It’s Getting Tired Mildred. He has been performing his original work including his plays What’s That Buzz?, Cocaine Faggot, and Inventions since 1991 in Chicago and New York. His writing has appeared in a variety of publications including Not Your Mother’s Breast Milk, Military Experience & the Arts, and 42 Stories Anthology.
