Approaching this toll booth near the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on Tuesday morning, most commuters dutifully slowed down and counted their change. Not 22 year-old Yasmine Aida Villasana — she’s fighting the system like a modern-day Robin Hood.
Ms. Villasana landed on the other side of the toll booths, breaking her wrist in the crash and earning arrest on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. She was driving a Chevy Impala. But you’re excused if another car came to mind — in particular, a certain 1969 Dodge Charger:
