A series of 10 posts celebrating Hi-Lo signage across the country… and beyond.
In November, HiLoBooks will begin serializing William Haggard’s 1963 novel The High Wire, the fifth title in his Col. Charles Russell series — which was considered by critics superior to Ian Fleming’s Bond series. We’ll publish weekly installments of this thrilling espionage adventure through February 2015.
HOWEVER: In October, HiLoBooks will conclude its serialization of Eimar O’Duffy’s Radium Age science fiction novel King Goshawk and the Birds; and in November, HiLoBooks will conclude its serialization of Morley Roberts’s 1900 adventure novel The Fugitives.
MEANWHILE: HiLoBooks will continue its serialization of Helen MacInnes’s espionage adventure The Unconquerable and Geoffrey Household’s Watcher in the Shadows; installments will appear weekly through April 2015.
Oh boy! Find out what else Josh Glenn got up to in July, August, and September.
As ever, we’ll publish new posts in various ongoing HiLobrow series, including CODE-X, LOOK AT THAT FORGOTTEN HIPSTER, and RADIUM AGE: CONTEXT.
Stay tuned!
