You have a unique perspective on your environment. You may have used that perspective to gain advantages in your profession. You seek out small animals to tear apart and use for sustenance. Your social position may cause mixed feelings or sensations of guilt, but you are also aware of its precariousness — living at a high altitude, one may fall, one’s wings may fail, one may fly too close to the sun, or be sucked into the jet engine of a plane bound for someplace dull like Ohio. You may feel isolated at times, unable to openly express your uneasiness with a power which may have resulted from a process beyond your control, or might have been set in motion by your actions, but which you may never have expected to experience.
REVERSED: The urban hawk sees its prey and dive bombs. But what will be the result? A mouthful of feathers or a meal of juicy squab? Is the leap into possibility, guided by instinct alone, itself a form of nourishment?
