Our friends at New Wave Time Warp remind us that, thirty years ago today (well, two days ago: Feb. 17, 1982), Dischord’s Flex Your Head compilation came out.
Which reminds me that hardcore punk, and the DIY movement, were Seventies (1974-83) phenomena that spilled over into the Eighties (1984-93).
